Palin book tour to start Nov. 18
NEW YORK - Sarah Palin's book tour, which will include a stop in South Strabane Township, is a gift for her base. No stops are planned in Seattle, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Los Angeles or other major cities and book-buying communities that are standard for authors on the road, but where the voters tend to be Democrats.

AARP
Seniors in our group...
Have you cut up your AARP card yet? When you do, mail it back to them.
They have supported the various Obama Healthcare plans which are not helpful to your care. Read the Baucus bill if you have the time. It's over 550 amendments already. Want to know what your DC Servants are up to?

The Re-Founders & Watchdogs & Moms & Twitter
According to GB today, we have 3 Re-Founders who have bravely and wisely stepped forward to say "No More".
Have our representatives and senators man upped?
A letter, email, and phone call is due to all of our servants in DC to remind them that they work for us. They should begin packing their bags or join the Re-Founders of America in ending the corruption in DC.
Be a Watchdog for America. Any of you who work or circulate in areas of government or in business where you know of corruption even down to the local level, please get the information to GB. We all have to be part of the Re-Founders by stepping up.
If any of the women in the group will be in New York on Thursday, email GB ASAP to be on his show of "9/12 Moms".
On Twitter,,, it is a short text you can send out to those that follow you giving quick updates or just saying your thoughts. Our group is using Twitter to tweet out quick updates we hear about during the day. If you want to get these tweets, sign in to Twitter.com and be a follower of Laura Hough. We will get others tweeting at our meeting on Thursday.

American Founders Luncheon Sept 22 Dwtn Pittsburgh

The American founders frequently alluded to and quoted the Bible in their political rhetoric. This fact alone reveals little about how and for what purposes the founding generation used the Bible and, importantly, how the Bible influenced the political thought of the founding era.
Drawing on some of the most familiar rhetoric of the founding era, our American Founders Luncheon speaker, Dr. Daniel Dreisbach of American University, will examine the founders' diverse uses of Scripture in political discourse. Recognizing the founders' distinct uses of scripture is important because it can be misleading to read spiritual meaning into purely political or rhetorical uses of the Bible or vice versa.

September Meeting
Patriots for Freedom 9/12 Project Meeting will be held on Sept. 24th, Thursday at the Galis residence in Coal Center at 630pm.
Planning for the California Homecoming Parade Float and walkers will take place.
The theme is "Hollywood Homecoming". We can surely have FUN with that theme!
Other items will be discussed as well, including a possible merger with the other Washington County 9/12 group.
